Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes during peak seasons.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the package.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Order number
- Tracking information
- Photos (if the package or items are damaged)
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping.
Orders placed with international addresses will be automatically canceled and refunded.
