At Naluna, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Please do not send products back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened beauty and personal care products
- Wellness consumables, teas, supplements, or ingestible products
- Candles that have been burned or used
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Clearance or sale items
- Products marked as Final Sale
- Research products and laboratory materials (except in cases of damage or shipping error)
Research Products
Certain products sold on this website are intended strictly for laboratory research, analytical, or educational purposes only.
Due to the specialized nature of these products, all sales of research compounds are considered final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on research products once they have been delivered.
However, exceptions may apply at our sole discretion if:
- The product arrives damaged
- An incorrect product was shipped
- The order is missing items due to our error
All issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery and must include clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Once delivered, we are not responsible for products that have been exposed to improper storage conditions, mishandling, or temperature fluctuations.
Approved resolutions may include replacement, store credit, or refund, at our sole discretion.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To expedite your request, please include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including:
- Items returned with signs of use
- Items not returned in original condition
- Products missing parts not due to our error
- Returns requested after the standard return window but approved at our discretion
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if an incorrect item was shipped.
To request an exchange, contact:
Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for approved returns.
If the gift was shipped to the purchaser first, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of:
- Our error
- A defective item
- A damaged shipment
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
